Of course, I do not support people on welfare in any form having more kids than they can personally support. If you are paying your own way with your family, have all the kids you want. With all the illiterate resource-sucking scum being imported into this country, and all the welfare queens spawning byproducts of their irresponsible lust, we can use some well-raised intelligent kids.
I would say that feeding the third world results in increasing populations and there is no reason to allow that to continue. People who can’t feed themselves are the ones that shouldn’t has childrn.

This why we need economic growth coupled with a huge lessening of the tax burden on families so that one parent can stay at home to raise the children while the other works and brings in enough to comfortably support the family. The way it used to be.
The US no longer has a high enough birth rate to maintain our population. We don’t have children, we have immigrants. Is Bill suggesting we build a wall? That’s our new method of “birth control.”
