You can find the old, *good* SNL skits on YouTube.
I stopped watching when they fired Norm MacDonald for saying something ‘too right’.
Geeze..that was the 90s, I think.
Shocked that the show is even still on.
Looks like God recently ate some spicy-hot Thai food, and now he is taking a dump on Cajun country.
I live in south eastern La. and I heard some military choppers earlier today but I just figured it was a reserve unit doing their weekend warrior training. Maybe not.
After whatever stopped and got blown by winds.
Gonna bug out of this one. Have fun.
Looks like a contrail videoed with a telephoto lens. Yawn.
It’s most likely a commercial airliner in an extremely humid sky
Swamp gas.
It’s a jet flying perpendicular to the setting sun which is illuminating the contrail. You can see the light on it blink a couple of times.
Nice
:)
Blue Oyster Cult/Take Me Away
Strange shapes light up the night
I’ve never seen ‘em though I hope I might
Don’t ask if they are real
The men in black, their lips are sealed
Fantasy fills my mind
To leave this place before my time
Release myself from earthly care
My dream may be your nightmare
I turn my hopes up to the sky
I’d like to know before I die
Memories will slowly fade
I lift my eyes and say
Come on take me away
Come on take me away
Come here girl close to me
A thousand stars your eyes can see
First one we see tonight
I wish I may I wish I might
Come on take me away
Pretty big for a contrail.
Id guess a heavy aircraft dumping fuel. At sunset.
Another mystery video. A black ring in the sky:
Probably just one of these tho.:
They just dump fuel all over the place??
I know that in emergencies aircraft may have to “adjust gross weight” so that they can land right away. If they are too heavy they won’t have enough brake energy to stop.
I have seen military aircraft do this. I don’t know if commercial aircraft have this option.
The fuel never comes down. It just evaporates.
Whatever it was, it had a very large cross-section.
Sounds reasonable. That didn’t look like it was falling at all, but like a big fat contrail, which I could not justify. A fuel dump at least squares with my take that the object was flying on a straight trajectory from the camera, and not plunging toward earth on a parabolic or straight trajectory.
