Speaker Paul Ryan and House Republicans are set to pass legislation this week that forbids President Trump from using federal funds from the May 2017 budget on his proposed border wall.
After several broken promises on immigration ALIPAC withdrew its endorsement of President Trump on Tuesday.

And please don't give me the BS that he can only do so much at any time. He order Tillerson to stop handing out VISAs. He can eliminate DACA and DAPA with a stroke of a pen. He doesn't have to send anyone to start rounding folks up, but he for damn sure doesn't have to keep letting them in. And, the wall is funded, has been for quite a while, so there should be nothing stopping that.
But, with this disaster of a budget, to avoid a "shutdown", being rammed down our throats, he should realize that he has absolutely no friends anywhere in DC. And that the current Congress has absolutely no plan on working with him in any way, shape or form. So, knowing that, he needs to take it to the people on each and everything.
They are correct, the election rhetoric was just that.

Now the only thing we hear about are illegal aliens already convicted of other crimes being removed.
We have to wait for them to harm or kill Americans before they get the boot.
DACA is still illegal and unconstitutional even if being run by President Trump.
No elected official should be protecting illegal aliens from our laws, especially one who makes a big deal about sanctuary cities doing the same thing.

Trump approved over 300,000,000 for upgrades to the southern border wall, in this year’s budget.
That is a fact. He will take a stronger stand, on next year’s budget, which starts the new fiscal year.
Trump has not forgotten his pledge, to protect and defend the border.

We may have chosen the right guy. But the people of places like Wisconsin, South Carolina, Arizona, Texas, and many others, didn’t. They continue to choose men and women that are more worried about their donors and the CofC, than any of us.
They’re scared of a shutdown? BS. If any of them were truly on Trump’s side, and ours, they’d be out there every day supporting the man and shoving this down the Dem’s throats, but they don’t. They should be on every and any show, telling the American people how the Democrats and the Left are preventing anything from getting done, but they don’t.

This CR was Obama’s 2016/17 budget. Trump’s budget begins October 1, 2017. That is why Trump is calling for a shut down if he doesn’t get what he wants from the Swamp.
I was thinking, had George W. Bush betrayed us this much only a few months into his first term? If Trump builds a wall, it will be 15 miles long.
Great job, ALIPAC! Let’s make an enemy of the president who is by far the strongest on the border and illegal immigration since Eisenhower in the 1950s. Let’s just ignore that he’s absolutely insistent he will build the wall and has already taken bids and proposals for it, is already taking on sanctuary cities via A.G. Sessions, and has overseen a gigantic drop in illegal border crossings.
It’s been a full three months and no wall has been built. Let’s try to weaken him with his core supporters and take him down! Obama was so much better! At least we got our greatest joy—complaining about Democrat leadership, while doing nothing ourselves. And while we’re at it, let’s pretend that this bill “outlaws” the building of a wall, while showing zero proof and without reminding people that this is essentially a short stop-gap funding measure, not a proper yearly budget. Let’s also try to suppress any mention that this bill provided the biggest funding increase for border security in a decade.

I supported the man, fully. But, at the end of the day, I think immigration, in all its forms, is what causes so many problems in this country. Think about our taxes. Do they ever go down? Nope. Think about all the benefits that are given to DACA recipients, Anchor babies and refugees. Couldn’t all that money be used to help pay our cops, firemen, EMTs, teachers, roads, and lower our taxes? Yup. But........

Only a 100 days is NOT enough time to evaluate whether President Trump will or will not be successful in building the wall.
However, actions speak louder than words. It certainly is worth watching and scrutinizing.
By 2018 election, we should have a better idea of who and what a President Trump is. He is in office until 2020. Becoming a one-termer is up to him. The 2020 election will be his to win or lose or retire from.
These quick-to-pull-the-trigger types are not much different than those who jumped on the Trump Train at the last moment.
