OK but the argument is that this is somehow going to dissuade women from reporting the crime? That is a reaaaaaaach, to say the least.
That I cant speak to...but I can say that when you are in your Drs. Office you have to be careful what say...because some offhand comment about some minor thing can later be used against you with Insurance or in a lawsuit that involves medical issues
