Comey wouldn't say who the email sender or recipients were in an open hearing.

Comey also said the 'capper' for him was the Bill Clinton Loretta Lynch tarmac meeting right before the FBI questioned Hillary which would indicate the email about AG Lynch was discovered prior to July 2016.
