I believe it based on Grassley’s exchange with Comey and Catherine Herridge’s report. The NYT even reported it.
The real question is will any of the culprits be held accountable. Obama, Lynch, Comey, Clinton, Mills, Abedin, Sullivan, Weiner, Pagliano, e.g. al., should stand trial for their crimes.

You don’t get what he was communicating. He said that he could not speak of it because HEARING WHO IT WAS FROM WAS CLASSIFIED. IOW, THE PRESIDENT.
Everything the president says in private or communicates is classified unless specifically released. So what Comey was saying, telegraphically, was the origin of that email was 0bama. IOW, a crime was committed by the president at the time. 0bama. He directed Lynch to “not go too far.”
