I had a set of Ben Hogan’s 20 years ago and my brother took a swing with my 3 wood.
Well, the head of club came off and went flying. Directly behind the flying club head was a bird, who luckily lived.
Funny as hell but, hitting it would been even funnier...
A bunch of years ago I sliced a wicked drive right into the LSU parking lot while there were thousands of people tailgating.
We drove by real slow in our cart but didn’t see anybody down, so all was good, but it was tense for a while.
I’m dead center Fairway most of the time now.
I once took out a sea gull surf casting with a 2 ounce pyramid weight. Had to cut loose the whole rig. It was tangled around a dead bird.
Watching Randy Johnson hit a bird with a pitch was enough for me-——I can’t watch.

Three wood off the deck, just turned it over a little too much and the ball was heading for a huge tree at the dogleg.
Smacked a Howler Monkey that was in the tree and he fell out of the tree and hit the ground like a sack of cement. I thought I killed the sucker, but he hopped up and climbed back in the tree and he and all of his buddies started howling up a storm.
Caddie convinced me to skip the rest of the hole since the monkeys were really riled up. Came back by on a parallel hole about an hour later and those Howlers were still howling.
I demand an investigation into whether there was criminal intent on the part of the player.
Sounds like San Francisco rules to me.

I think it was at sawgrass that my only memorable golf moment occurred. I don’t golf and believe a golf course is the waste of a perfectly good rifle range.
I was there with a coworker for a meeting. He rented a convertible and we were heading out to dinner. Suddenly I saw something white and had an instant pain in my shoulder. I got hit by a golf ball at 35 mph.

It all worked out well though, 9 years later he became a Blue Jay and a fan favorite

My cousin once hit a dove with his tee shot. Not much left of that poor bird ... feathers went everywhere.
