We have Silver Diner in the East, and they do a great Crabcake Benedict. It seems to have become one of those ‘off menu’ things you have to ask for.

Eggs Benedict hardly takes anymore time than bacon and eggs. Whip up some hollandaise sauce as the eggs are frying.
