Apparently not. I won’t believe they do until I start reading about some informal, summary castrations on perpetrators. At least some cracked skulls. But given the fact that rape is a specified tool for the promulgation of islam, I think that a bucket of balls in response would give the perpetrators pause. Might get some of their enablers’ sacs in there too. Ruling effetes scare easier.
