For every 'morbidly obese 28 year old' using a cart there is also someone with a broken leg/foot or a disabled veteran.Who can't get a mobility cart or a close parking space because morbidly obese 28-year olds are using them.

Walmart may be paying for extra police protection......Trust me. Wally don’t pay the cops anything. They don’t really hire Security but call the cops when the employees see something. Usually (in our area) a 150 times every two weeks.
