Thats how I feelif the store is dumb enough to provide them they should expect this type of thing. I, for one, am very grateful to Walmart and other stores for providing electric wheelchair-carts on those days I really need one. For every 'morbidly obese 28 year old' using a cart there is also someone with a broken leg/foot or a disabled veteran.
You might as well blame stores for placing merchandise on freely accessible shelves where it is easy to shoplift.
