I am flabbergasted at the extent of fake news. I am listening to ABC news on WMAL in Washington D.C. They begin to "report" about the latest development in what they referred to as "the Minneapolis police shooting."
Here's what they proceeded to describe: "The officers involved in the shooting failed to turn on their mobile cameras and so there is no video record of the shooting. However, after the shooting the officers were both involved in administering life saving measures."
If this woman had been a local, the coverup would be complete by now.
Irritating. But not surprising.
Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. John 8:44 ACP/KJV
News people are morons.
But it is true that neither officer had his camera on nor their dash cam on.
I saw a report where the WaPo never mentioned his name or nationality in a long article. The media is tap dancing all around this story.
I’m just curious, if you were involved in a shooting, would you speak freely with investigators or shut up and get a lawyer and have any question presented to the lawyer for response?
I wouldn't be saying a damn thing.
“the officers were both involved in administering life saving measures.”
Well, that was mighty whitey of “them”.
Ok. . .get a frikken lawyer. . .where is he? . . and what’s the explanation?. . hello?. . crickets!
He obviously screwed up and knows it. He’s looking at manslaughter at the least. He knows his job is gone.
Nobody can force you to speak to criminal investigators.
IA can demand a statement under Garrity as a condition of employment, and if he refuses, he is terminated. However, the compelled statement can only be used internally and may not be part of any prosecution.
Basically at this point, I doubt he will ever give an interview to the police. Unless his attorney finds some impossible mitigating circumstance which ain’t going to happen. He’s toast and can only play defense legally and in the PR world.
Noor’s attorney gave no indication as to when “if ever” Noir would agree to be interviewed. Sounds like murder charges eventually coming down.
Now there’s reports of an audio recording and something about a loud noise possibly triggering the shooting. There is so much crap flying around, who knows what the true facts are.
But they aren't. Officer involved shooting investigations move at a glacial pace and nearly universally find that the officer used acceptable force for the situation, no matter if it is an officer of Somali heritage shooting a woman or a rookie sheriff deputy who blasted a kid for carrying an airsoft rifle along a rural road.
They did not turn on their body cameras because they were not dealing with a “suspect”. She was murdered in cold blood, probably because she was not dressed appropriately.
The press will bury this story. It doesn’t fit their narrative.
Black Muslim (affirmative action hired) Police officer shoots unarmed white female for no “apparent” reason.
If you are looking for a motive, then just read the Koran.
“Hands up! Don’t shoot!” actually applies this time, but you’d never know it.
Whenever I hear a loud noise I always open fire on somebody.
The scary thing is how do they pick a jury up there? If there is one Somali on the jury, it’ll be like OJ again.
Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.
Last I heard, based on the coroner’s report, the case was being investigated as a homocide.
Given what’s been reported, that a bullet whizzed passed his face from the passenger side and through the driver-side window, I can’t imagine Noor’s partner having anything positive to say about him in this situation.
