They don’t. They have never seen the ugly cost of their cheap labor. They haven’t seen people stuffed into a halfway house, they have never seen women turned into sex slaves on the streets, or worse yet to service the workers. To most of these people they have some romantic idea of the illegals that has no bearing on reality.
I don’t see any plates or tags, either. If it didn’t have any, it’s rather odd that it made it as far as San Antonio.

80 percent of the worlds population would prefer to live within the United States if they could. These migrations and attempts to migrate will never end in any way legal or illegally possible. If the government in power is unwilling to enforce borders and strictly regulate immigration, it is inevitable that American culture will be fundamentally transformed. As people might recall that was the stated goal of the Obama administration and the globalist Democrats. One world/no borders = the end of American culture and the American nation.
You're too kind. They live in gated communities and do everything in their power to keep those not among the elitists far from where they reside, shop, play, and do business. When (not if) it all comes tumbling down they have armed fortresses in the mountains, huge parcels of secured lands in places where governments leave them alone, or private islands. They're accumulating all of the wealth and assets as quickly as they can. Invader labor is part of that equation....it keeps their costs down and profits up.

You can bet the hospital cost of the ones found alive is already into the millions, with a mention that multiple people are in comas, etc.
Maybe ICE needs an ambulance fleet to get them south to a fabulous Mexican hospital.
