Is that a dreaded Celtic Cross for the letter "O", or is it the crosshairs of a scope? And is this cop a plainclothes detective? You've fallen for the rhetoric of the BLM.
Side with the BLM if you wish, but their goal is not the easing of racism, but the fracturing of society. They cannot be allowed to be the arbiters of what is and is not allowed unless you like the idea of quashing free speech.
It is your hysterical reaction at the beginning of this thread that is ridiculous, and it should be patently obvious that no police officer should wear politically or racially inflammatory T-shirts when on duty, or appearing in court as a police officer.
It's a no-brainer. So you side with racial animus if you wish. The fact remains you don't have a leg to stand on.
As I said, if this police officer wants to wear this shirt when off duty, he has every right to—but he still has to face the consequences, being someone who is tasked to protect and server the entire community, and not just white people.
The BLM are not the arbiters of what is and is not allowed. That's a false narrative. Standard department policy determines what is and is not allowed, and this officer was in clear violation of that. So get over it, and stop with your ridiculous "side with the BLM if you wish" crap.
If BLM happens to believe the earth is round and revolves around the sun, that doesn't mean I'm going to go around arguing that the earth is flat, simply because it's the opposite of what the BLM says...
Agreed.
