I am sure everyone has seen it, but this is by far my favorite video on the subject
Eating vegan is not how humans were supposed to eat. And it isn’t the most healthful way to eat. But many humans have little choice, and some humans choose to for their own reasons.
Veganism misses the highest quality proteins. Unless you use protein powders, you won’t be able to get enough proteins without overdoing carbs.
I’m all for freedom and everyone eating as they like, but we are built and made to be omnivores. You don’t need to kill the animal, either, if you make use of its milk products and eggs.
beat me to it. rats.
What, are they jet-propelled with methane or something? Can't imagine aggression out of those limp dishrags unless it's just mouth. They're weak as kittens.
If you are stupid enough to follow a vegan then, well, bye.
“This involves cutting out all animal products, including meat, eggs and milk. “
which means cutting out all vitamin B-12, which cannot be obtained from plant products.
however, the liver of a healthy adult who has eaten animal products their whole lives will contain several years supply of B-12; thus it takes several years before a vegan runs out of B-12, but when they do, they’ll sicken and die.
that’s why so many vegans seem well for many years, but then slowly start to feel ill, and start eating animal products again, at which point they “mysteriously” start to feel healthy again.
Haha, that’s the first thing I noticed, the oxymoron.
vegan = virtue-signaling, nothing more
Pea protein powder, now there’s a natural food straight from farm to table.
My son is currently dating a gal who is vegetarian, considering going vegan. She brought over some of those veggie burger patties the other night while I was doing regular beef burgers. While I have nothing against the veggie burgers themselves, my main problem with a lot of this ‘food’ is the amount of chemical CRAP that has to be put into them to make them tasty. I try to stick to whole, natural, UNPROCESSED food as much as possible, which includes MEAT. My angus burgers had a whole LOT LESS ingredients than those veggie ‘burgers’. And no, I don’t use a bun. I basically make a meat salad, which is what a burger is without the bun.
Vegetarians have no problem making use of animal products such as milk and honey.
Vegans are nuts and refuse to use anything made by an animal. Which, if they carry it to it's logical conclusion, would result in their shunning insect pollinated products as well.
Vegetarianism occasionally occurs in a natural diet. Veganism does not. It is a totally artificial way of eating.
They’ll all die early of malnutrition.
Ever notice that carnivores all have their eyes on front of their head?
Prey species have eyes on the sides of the head.
Where are your eyes on your head? Will Evolution;-) start moving the vegan’s eyes to the side of the head?
A vegan diet is very unhealthy often shortening lives by 10 years.
Unbalanced? Sure, when tilted so that a vertical line from their center of gravity falls outside their base. Try it, it's fun to unbalance them.
Has anyone, anywhere, at any time, met a happy Vegan? Didn’t think so.
