Hey! My father was on a cruise like that in the South Pacific in the early 40s.

Mine too ! He brought back some NICE souvenirs from The Philippines. Samurai swords ( matching from same family ) dating back to the mid 1600’s ! My older brother lost one in the woods behind our house in his early teens but I got the other one ! Fine specimen . . . . . THANKS DAD !!

Hey! My father was on a cruise like that in the South Pacific in the early 40s.

My dad too, only his was in the mid 40s and was cut short because of something that happened in Japan.
