Isolated idiots surrounded by sanity
To my way of thinking, the right to vote should be linked to the same address where taxes are paid. If mommy and daddy are claiming little Jimmy/Suzie at their home in New York City, then voting in Virginia (or both places simultaneously) is a no-no.
These 20-30,000 blocks of voters are a major hurdle that ultimately change the character of a college town.
