Calcium supplements make me stop pooping.

Is that why they are only 60% of the daily RDA?

Depends on type, most cause a lot of gas. Coral Calcium works different. I take 1,000 mg daily and don’t have an issue with it, harder to find except online. vitacost.com is 1 of several sources. But watch how many pills the specials require you to take. Don’t take D3 at the same time, Cal in the AM D3 in PM.

Magnesium Citrate is the Mag you want, Mag Oxide is the 1 to avoid unless you want to spend a lot of time in the RR. Not very sell absorbed in the body.

Look up Selenium very, very important micro nutrient your brain uses. Better sleep aid than Melatonin.

Could be the type you take, Coral Calcium is different than the other stuff. You are supposed to take half the amount of Magnesium as you do calcium. If it still gives you issues use the Oxide type of Magnesium, tends to make you go, not as well absorbed as a Citrate.
