Mark Martin isn’t just some guy. I suspect NASCAR pressured him to back down. The CEO’s statements did condemn Trump supporters, that’s what the MSM ran with and he has not repudiated any of it. He has not condemned AntiFa and he has not condemned BLM.
You'd think. They clearly live in a bubble and are out of touch with the majority of their own customers. Looks as if their own customers are going to have to continue to teach them the error of their ignorant ways.
What ASTOUNDS me is why these totally uninformed people think they have to insert themselves into the political world.
I know that if I tried running Camping World, I’d probably run it straight into the ground. But at least it would not be because of IDIOTIC political statements. I would at least know that my customers are older, whiter, and much more conservative than most of the country.
If asked about something in the political world, I’d do one of two things:
1) Duck the question
2) Answer in a way that won’t cause me to lose my customer base.
In this case, the best answer (and the answer we wouldn’t be reading about) is to simply say that I don’t have enough information on that subject to comment.
Really, that is ALL our side expects from these CEOs. What the hell is so hard about that?

How about: “We strive to be apolitical, we serve customers across the political spectrum with excellent RV products and services, and strongly prefer to continue doing so, so thank you for your concern but we have no comment upon political matters.”
