I always add water or milk depending on the ingredients. Water today.
Actually felt a little hyper right after drinking it...but then it settled in and I felt smarter and had more energy.
Carbs minus fiber:
1 tomato = 3 net carbs
1/2 C blueberries = 18
2 fat onion slices = 6
small cucumber = 2
1 C diced celery = 2
1 banana = 24
Total net carbs = 55
1 C milk = 11 net carbs
That’s a lot of carbs.
Bananas and grapes are pure natural sugars. I have to count my carbs and sugars. They are NOT on my diet list. Not even half a banana. Stick with berries.
