I can't tell you how often a person comes into the ER with a possible "heart attack", and they just *happen* to have brain material leaking out of their head, too.

I’m trying to wrap my head around the above. I’m not very familiar with medical forensics other than what I’ve seen on CSI, but it seems to me that a self-inflicted gunshot to the head would have symptoms quite different that some type of heart failure might have.
One way or another, it seems to have turned out OK in the end.
Too bad he waited much too long. So many people are literally a waste of oxygen.
Clearly he waited 20 years too long. Good riddance!
