At the link, the vlogger tours the NOAA software investigating current flood conditions in Puerto Rico and worst river situation is 62ft above flooding. Vlogger says he watched a weatherman's report last night and that meteorologist said this kind of flooding was projected.

The Weather Channel is reporting that the Rio De La Plata River located near Comerio, Puerto Rico has flooded an epic 79.45 Feet, which is the highest ever recorded in history. According to The Weather Channel, Flood Stage on the river is at 11 Feet. The Weather Channel states that this could be correct because of the such steep terrain. They have been unable to confirm this information since all electricity is out all over the island

Just saw a youtube video on this and the guy was wondering if the instruments are accurate because if they are the towns or communities along the river are gone. He showed a map of the area. The water would be above the buildings, even multiple story buildings.
