I believe he was. If memory serves, he sued the NFL on anti-trust grounds (a very legitimate case, imo).
The judge/courts ruled in his favor and awarded Mr. Trump...one dollar! What an insult.
Full disclosure: my recollection on this may not be totally accurate, but I think it’s close.
I’ll bet that $1 was all that Trump asked....in other words...it wasn’t about the money.
