A simple solution to this would to mandatory Spanish for all English speaking citizens.
As well as cultural sensitivity lessons.
Oh, and starting this day forward you will get paid in pesos.

If I were going to live and work in a country with a language I did not know, I would certainly make strenuous efforts to learn the language. It is incredible that people think they should come here and be accommodated in Spanish.
