You should start up a Condi fan club. For whatever reason, you are totally smitten with her. Who cares if she is an accomplished pianist, outstanding sports fan, adores football, and has been seeking the job of being NFL commissioner all her life. There are probably millions of people who fit that description. And why are those attributes so important to doing the job?
Why don't you just come out and state the obvious, i.e., she is black and a woman. It is how she got to where she is now. Colin Powell is more qualified than her if those are your criteria sans gender.

This is the story; playing a game for money is a privilege, and however you slice it, there are many others of equal or better talent that can take any player’s place, and we know it.
The owners could easily replace the thugs no matter what community agitator stirs them up, but they don’t, because they agree. The other players could easily clobber the thugs, but they don’t, because they agree.
Now the push is on to force us to agree, and I expect to see every irrational tactic from appeal to loyalty (despite the obvious hypocrisy) to name calling of every -ism under the sun, social media censorship, MSM blackouts, you name it.

This is all about identity politics and energizing the black vote, which failed to turn out for Hillary in the same numbers as for Obama. Antifa, BLM, and now the essentially black movement (NFL,NBA, and other sports) to diss the flag and anthem are just ways the Dems use to get out the vote. They are trying to re-create the 1960s civil rights movement ignoring all of the progress that has been made in race relations. It is now about oppression and police brutality of minorities. It is snowballing and polarizing.
