Registration is a requirement for fully auto weapons. I’ve heard no talk of Paddock’s registrations. Have you? Registration is a requirement, if he wanted to do it legally. I believe the chump preplanned mass murder, so getting automatic weapons legally, probably was not high on his priority list.

That is part of the point in having his registration reported on.
The other part would be, since full auto is inique, who signed off on it.
