I should add that no hotel is ever going to want the question of “Does a hotel have a duty to know if a guest has enough firepower to invade Poland in his or her room?” to go to a jury.
Because to be honest, I’m somewhat torn on that question myself. I can totally understand how he got that many weapons into his room. But man.....that’s a lot of contraband.
I think part of the issue here is that hotels on the Vegas Strip know that at any given hour, dozens of illegal activities are taking place on their premises. Everyone is trained to turn a blind eye to everything except cheating.
Don’t forget that the mandatory mass shooting anti anxiety meds have shown up. Its so predictable I could write the storyline myself.
Look for you tube of taxi driver. Muzzle flashing from lower floor and sounds of two shooters. Possibly an echo, since I’m no expert, but sounds like two differing locations to me.
I saw that taxi driver video last night and agree with you. But from the sound of the gunfire, there seemed to be only one gun shooting at a time.
I’m looking for a convincing explanation...and can almost buy echoes, but if you look at a layout of the area, there seems to be alot of empty space in the vicinity of that hotel.
Explain the muzzle flashes on the lower floor, too. Just bizarre. They’re in an awfully strange location to be reflections.
Interesting. I was in a CCW class (granted, this was about 8 years ago) and the instructor told us to avoid Las Vegas and Clark County if we were carrying.
It is a “13” as far as I can tell.
Someone posted receipts for food for two. It looks like Room Service, as the “table number” field appears to be he guest’s room number. If delivered to the room, I wonder if the deliverer noticed anything “off”.
Not much about this whole affair makes sense WITHOUT an ISIS ISLAMIC connection.
ISIS is a particular part of Islam overall and may or may not have been involved at some level. But behind it all is Islam.

How long was there? So he made a number of trips back down to his car to pick up another load of weapons so as not to look conspicuous. Unless a porter was suspicious I doubt anyone would really notice. Now is a different story as every employee is probably asked to stay on alert for anything suspicious.
Like I said, I’m torn.
I don’t want hospitals snooping on me. And I know that over time, it would be easy to move all that into his room.
I’m not really blaming everyone - just sort of frustrated that something like this can happen.
It was a strobe light, plain and simple. There’s video both before and hours after the shooting showing the strobe flashing.
The cab driver video shows the light flashing while there are no shots being fired.
A police officer on the scanner recording says shots have stopped but there is a strobe light flashing in the lower middle of the building.
It was a freakin’ strobe light. To say otherwise is only an attempt to dishonestly advance an agenda.
I’m not advancing jack...just trying to get answers. Do you have a link to the strobe light? Haven’t seen that video.
