A man shot dead Friday evening was the 500th person to be killed in city gun violence since the start of the year during a weekend in which three people have been killed and at least 19 others wounded in Chicago shootings.
The city reached 500 shooting homicides about a week later than it did last year, on Sept. 29, 2016, according to data maintained by the Chicago Sun-Times. At this point last year, there had been 511 people shot to death.
In all, 537 deaths have been ruled homicides in the city since the start of this year, according to Sun-Times data.

Hey JackAss has the homicide total at 545, with 508 shot and killed. Their stats are more accurate as the city plays games with the stats ( for example shot and killed on an expressway, not counted as a city homicide).
And the weekend isn’t over yet.
Very frustrating that these folks don't wake-up to this reality.
Has anyone found the motive of all those shooters?

I can just imagine if one wanted to escape during the economic disaster of the Obama admin (and end of W’s) — all the while illegal immigrants being put into jobs. Escaping would have been very difficult.
How Obama got a 2nd term is beyond me. I would have thought reality would have shown the lies. Democrats must have worked extra-hard on the fraud for that one.
At this rate they should be able p times Las Vegas by November 10.
