That is how it should be.
He is the president. Much as the media keeps propping up Hillary, as if the election is not over, he is the president.
And the flag represents the nation as it was founded, the constitution, which does not endorse slavery, nor abortion, btw
These people have no clue
Well they’re trying -this Pittsburg team.
So a winning President of a winning country invites them to the White House to celebrate their skill.
It's the chowderheads on the sports teams who say, "Yuck, I don't want to shake his hand - I'm not going" who devolve the whole celebration thing into politics.
Screw those people, and congratulate (and celebrate) these people!
I dont recall this talk when obama was prez -? I resent it now.

I hate to say it, but if I had been on a winning team and invited to the WH — or even if I got a PERSONAL INVITATION — between 2009 and 2016 I would have demurred. I despised him that much. The sight of him disgusted me — moreso his husband, mike.
I can’t fault someone with the same idea just because I like this President.
Can you imagine those amazing Medal of Honor recipients who had to have BO hang that around their necks???
+1
Absolutely.
winners aren’t losers
seems odd the guy said they are trying hard to focus on the reason they are going to WH. it’s pretty simple, unless you listen to distractions and have doubts in your own mind.
Hockey, Pittsburgh Penguins.
“...And the flag represents the nation as it was founded, the constitution, which does not endorse slavery...”
Article I, Section 2, of the U.S. Constitution of 1787 in fact declared that for purposes of representation in Congress, enslaved blacks in a state would be counted as three-fifths of the number of white inhabitants of that state.
Clearly it has been corrected.

I would have just done what I did with my HS diploma: asked them to mail it to me.
>>Pittsburgh Penguins.<<
From what I understand (I was in Pgh for ~1 year), Pgh is the only major city where every major sports team shares the same color scheme (black/gold). Note: It looks like the USFL Riverhounds also are the same scheme.
Then they should be polite enough to simply stand at attention and snap a salute. He is Commander in Chief and I'm certain he would be polite enough to return the salute. Problem solved.
“The Thirteenth Amendment (Amendment XIII) to the United States Constitution abolished slavery and involuntary servitude...”
That’s the Constitution. The flag represents this, not the original.
Those multi millionaire kuckledraggers in the NFL would be wise to learn that while the league has *any* viewers (or sponsors) left.
Hmmmm, seems I read that one lone penguin player did the idiotic raised fist already this year, we are 3 games into the season. Wondering what that jerk has to say.
