Read the comments! The country that took in millions of poor Paddies (including my own) is again vilifying the United States. The lack of gratitude, the flagrant bad manners of the Irish should be brought to Mr. Trump’s attention. We could do with less of them. They crawl all over NYC - legal and illegal - and are a cause of consternation when brought here on exchange student visas.
Some of my ancestors claimed Scot/Irish descent. I don’t have proof, but believe the family tradition. ( I do have DNA evidence it is true, with a lot of others mixed.)
You cannot judge people by race. Only by their actions and beliefs.
Hey Ireland, cork that bottle. You do stupid stuff when you drink.
Maybe the U.S. should come out with a General Sir John Grenfell Maxwell stamp.
Hey, I’m actually largely of Irish descent (mostly from my mother’s side), and I’m personally outraged and disappointed by their supporting that psychopathic mass murderer myself. And for the record, I actually voted for Donald Trump (and he wasn’t even my first choice in that election, either: That was Ben Carson). I wish you don’t paint those of us of Irish descent as being bad news. I can also name a few Irish Catholics who would be aghast with Che being supported, or the whole Roe v. Wade thing.
