I will agree that there are many women who are not above using their bodies and looks to achieve their goals. I’ve witnessed it.
I do believe that the women who deliberately used their wiles to get a part in a movie or a job on TV news are definitely not victims.
I’ll also admit that I resent these women claiming victimhood while preaching their version of morality to us peons.

In an unordered world it is what females do. It is a biological imperative. They seek protection and support for themselves and their offspring from men because it is inevitable that almost all will spend a large part of their adult span incapacitated by pregnancy and their physical weakness relative to men. In a society organized on religious principles that imperative is channeled by morals and rules. Islam is an exaggeration of that phenomenon and a grim parody of the perversion of religion.
