I am waiting for the golf course.
On Mars I might actually be able to hit a decent drive off the tee.
No point putting in golf courses until they have restaurants and beer distributorships.

Unfortunately, as our imaging becomes better, the face on Mars looks less like a face and more like the cracked surface of a loaf of cornbread.
