Oh yeah, Rockford with his dilapidated trailer sitting right on a lot, on PCH in Malibu. Probably worth 600k back then...
But I must confess, Rockford was pretty good. Way better than the guy in Hawaii...That was cartoon land for the easily entertained.

Rockford was one of the best shows ever made.

Netflix has the old Rockford series. I binge watched most of them a couple years ago. I might have to do that again. I love the mid-70s California scenery and styles.
