He ruled against Trump because he thought the travel ban was directed against Mozlems. Hello? The banned are not citizens and therefore don't have Citizen protections. Discrimination is not only legal in such cases but in time of war the very right to life itself gets blown to bits for non citizens! (And Islam is at perpetual war with EVERYBODY)

No. That isn’t how it works. If they are in on the malignancy of power, money, taking over, then it’s more than pure ideology. Contrast Clinton with Bernie Sanders.
