BUNKERVILLE STANDOFF: ERIC PARKER, SCOTT DREXLER REACH PLEA DEAL, MISDEMEANOR, NO MORE JAIL
10/23/2017 | Self

Two men who were already tried twice on numerous felony charges with juries acquitting them or being hung 11-1 in favor of their innocence, Eric Parker and Scott Drexler, will not face trial a third time over Bunkerville.

They reached a plea deal with the federal government and will be sentenced next year, but will not serve any more jail time.

Parker and Drexler spent 18 months in prison without bail until the end of their second trial a few months ago.

They entered guilty pleas today to the misdemeanor charge of obstructing a court order.

It’s good that they’re out. But this whole travesty of justice, currently falling apart, by agendanista Deep Staters, prosecutors and judge was EVIL!

Not bad.

But I would like to see the prosecutors canned.

Maybe caned would be better.

What a travesty.

18 months in various county jails or federal holding pens?

No bail for what amounts to jaywalking during a political rally?

Prosecution used all of this to get the punishment they wanted without benefit of a conviction worth its name.

Imprisonment for extended periods without bail absent convictions was a gig used by the colonial royal governors to beat the colonists down. It’s the reason we have the little bit about “speedy trials” in the 6th Amendment and why you have a right of action if it doesn’t take place.

The Obama government engaged in a disgusting civil rights violation and vendetta against these protestors and the Trump administration has been way too slow to rectify it.

But they should, because people elected them partly on the basis of this.

Law for some, injustice for others. Have many days in jail have ANTIFA members spent?

Session’s head should hang in shame — I had high hopes for him. What a SHAME, SHAME SHAME. Innocent lives are hanging in the balance. NO CRIME —NO VICTIM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trump is too caught-up in the moment to give this entire matter the time it requires. It’s not about cows or turtles, it’s about water, and uranium — and much more.

As little as possible. Some have actually been arrested now but they get bail and walk that day usually, even for violence.

Cuz you know their cause is righteous, right?

Sure as hell was/is. And the scumbags settle for some lame misdemeanor to save face. That also saves them from civil suits.

We want some justice here and should not be silent until there is full justice.

Among the large number of defendants is Jerry DeLemus who got an 87 month sentence after a guilty plea and was called a “vigilante bully” by Judge Gloria Navarro.

Jerry sits in a federal prison in Massachusetts right now.

Jerry DeLemus was co-chair of Veterans for Trump during the New Hampshire Primary campaign in 2016.
