Old men in wheelchairs can always use the “reaching for the hand rail” excuse. If she doesn’t jump out of the way and stand further aside, she must not have been that offended.

I find it insulting that something this ridiculous is labeled as a sexual assault. That belittles every woman who was genuinely sexually assaulted.
Now it does seem to have become a witch hunt of sorts. God forbid if you are a man and a woman has an agenda and decides to targets you falsely. You are screwed.
And yes I do consider myself a feminist in many ways, but I also know vindictiveness when used as a weapon and involving allegations of sexual misconduct is a sure fire way to ruin someone’s life.

It’s not unheard of for senile old men to act inappropriately.
If he did what Ben Affleck did, then yeah, I’d call that sexual assault. From the photo, he could possibly have his hand under her clothing, which is unacceptable. But a pat or a pinch through her clothing I would consider just an annoyance. He obviously did something, or he wouldn’t apologize. Either way, it’s offensive.
He’s the former president, it was a group (grope) picture.
