CIA (James Angleton & others) were watching and coordinating every move Oswald made, this intensified April-Nov ‘63.
CIA operatives in New Orleans worked to utilize Oswald in ‘recorded’ publicity stunts for FPFCC ( a purely CIA concocted Pro-Commie Castro Support Group) that was coincidentally housed in the same building, same floor as a ‘retired’ CIA operative. (Ola’ Sr. Cruz! LOL)
Some how Oswald’s Agency handlers made sure the penniless Lee with no driver’s license or job got exactly where he needed to be for photo ops: Russia, New Orleans, Mexico City(?) & Dallas.
Oswald’s family lived in the Paine residence (CIA operative family by way of father and brother and sis-in-law). Ruth Paine picked up the Oswald family and drove them to her home from New Orleans a 10/1963. And they stored all the incriminating evidence in their garage.
Ruth Paine arranged the job for Oswald at the TSBD three weeks before 11/22/63. The Kennedy SS recon team, altered (11/18/63) the motorcade route to pass by the TSBD, how convenient!
Anti-Castro Cuban operatives (3-4) just happened to be on location in Dallas 11/22/63 and over the years, survivors and/or documents have convincing implicated each other.
These guys had extensive prior contact with the CIA and their clandestine Miami projects directed through JMWAVE, including Bay of Pigs, Operation Mongoose and others. These alliances and training missions including CIA agents names have been exposed and well documented.
The records of George Joannides (Psyc Ops- CIA) HQ in Miami are very likely among the documents being redacted or withheld. It has recently been discovered that Joannides was positioned in New Orleans for the preliminary work. Joannides was called in as an expert for the HSFC 1972 investigation which was a conflict. His involvement was never disclosed to the Warren Commission and he was basically investigating his own work and his own cabal. His CIA records have been subject to a separate FOIA for 14 years which has been stonewalled quite intensely.
Lots of fun coincidences already revealed. Connect the Dots. The records release would solidify the trails. Deceased Agents Joannides records and Angleton’s records are the key.

That Oswald did it is pretty obvious.

There is reason to consider that a Secret Service agent may have subsequently had a very unfortunately directed negligent discharge, confusing subsequent examination & explanation.
WHY Oswald did it apparently remains in doubt.
Whether it was a “Professor Raoul X” scenario, or some nut followed his dreams to a conclusion, will remain hard to discern.
I went through a bunch of the released files but didn’t learn much. Trump is in charge now and doesn’t seem like one to hold back. I don’t think there is much left they can tell us that is not already known.
This was about Russian involvement in my opinion. Swamp rat Pompeo sucker punched Trump at the last minute. HE HAD 9 MONTHS!! and brings this to Trump tonight? I don’t believe Trump fell for this. Mark my words— the next thing that will occur will be a “leak” that it covered up for the Russian involvement. That will fill the swamp rat narrative. After Trump emphatic statements yesterday this is weakness and vacillation. Trump still has time to reverse this and fire Pompeo but a very short window in deed. This is all about trapping Trump covering for Russia.
I assure you, when it is all said and done, the Mafia had a major role in this. Perhaps in concert with the CIA, perhaps not.

George Joannides became chief of the Psychological Warfare branch of the CIA’s JM/WAVE station in Miami. In this role he worked closely with the Directorio Revolucionario Estudiantil (DRE), a militant right-wing, anti-Communist, anti-Castro, anti-Kennedy, group.
This was a group that Lee Harvey Oswald was in contact with in New Orleans in August 1963. Yet Oswald was also demonstrating for FPCC- Fair Play for Cuba Committee.
Joannides’s role was not revealed to the rest of the CIA until after Kennedy’s death. It wasn’t until John Whitten conducted the in-house 1964 CIA investigation that he realized that the FBI had also been withholding important information on Oswald from him. He also discovered that Richard Helms had not been providing him all of the agency’s available files on Oswald. This included Oswald’s political activities in the months preceding the assassination and the relationship Joannides had with the Directorio Revolucionario Estudiantil. In fact, Whitten had not been informed of the existence of Oswald, even though there was a 201 pre-assassination file on him that had been maintained by the Counterintelligence/Special Investigative Group.
If Whitten had been allowed to continue with the investigation he would have sought out what was going on at JM/WAVE. He was not allowed to pursue leads in that direction. This would have involved the questioning of Joannides and several other agents.
Had his CIA team been permitted to research further, and had that information been included in the Warren Commission report, that report would have enjoyed more credibility with the public. Instead, the CIA submitted a half-azzed investigation of Oswald. The HSCA concluded that Kennedy had been killed by Oswald and unidentifiable co-conspirators.” Too many roadblocks which is why we are here 54 years later.
Some of the documents never needed redacting. They were hand written and can hardly be read anyway!
Gerald Posner, author of “Case Closed,” said today he didn’t think there would be bombshells of any kind. He said there are/were Mexican (?) informants who had things to say which would embarass the Mexican government. He also says there would probably be some embarassments for the FBI and CIA.
Before Posner did his exhaustive research an concluded Oswald acted alone, he absolutely believed a major conspiracy was behind JFK’s assasination. His theory was that the Mafia was behind the assassination.
You should read “Case Closed”. It is meticulously researched and every piece of so-called conspiracy evidence is thoroughly debunked. Vincent Bugliosi also wrote a thoroughly researched book on the same subject and he also concluded Oswald acted alone.

How that all played out is the question, and to be honest, I think all of that info is LONG gone.

Posner’s book is very outdated having been written 25 years ago.
Many files and new information has been released since then. Reinterviewed witnesses- older retired agents and provided clues.
Cryptographers have unravelled existing released documents.
Coincidences in politics and murder investigations are rare.

Here’s some bits that are difficult to reconcile for a ‘lonewolf’ with no CIA or FBI handlers:
Ruth Paine and Michael Paine have long been viewed as likely participants in a wider plot to frame Lee Harvey Oswald. Ruth, in particular, is viewed as complicit in a vast and ongoing cover-up. For decades, JFK assassination researchers have suspected the Paines, especially Ruth, of some role ‘handler’ in a conspiracy.
The Paines were friends of Lee Harvey Oswald and his wife Marina. At the time of the assassination, Marina Oswald was living with Ruth Paine and the Oswald’s belongings, including the alleged murder weapon were stored in her garage.
After testifying against Oswald and providing some of the most crucial evidence against him, Ruth and Michael Paine have continued to be outspoken supporters of the official story. Many believe that Ruth helped to set up Oswald, but that she likely didn’t know about the assassination plot beforehand.
There are many curious facts about the Paines, that depending on your perspective may either be damning evidence, or simply coincidence. When some people watch interviews with Ruth Paine, they see a lying CIA agent, others an innocent elderly woman.
The Paines have confirmed connections to the CIA through their immediate family. Ruth’s sister and brother-in-law were CIA employees and her father had frequent contacts with the agency. Michael Paine’s parents were friendly with CIA director Allen Dulles & his mistress Mary Bancroft. Michael’s mother even invited Dulles to stay at the Forbes private island near Cape Cod where Ruth and Michael spent their summers. They came from very well-connected families. Michael Paine is a member of the Forbes family and he received a trust fund from the family fortune. While Michael was an avowed pacifist, he had top security clearance working for defense contractor: Bell Helicopter.
Ruth Paine answered over 5000 questions from the Warren Commission, more than any other witness. Her testimony was critical in establishing Oswald as the likely assassin. She produced one of the most important pieces of evidence against Oswald; the “Walker Note,” (Warren Commission Exhibit 1) which the government used to show that he had a propensity toward violence. The authenticity of this note is still debated today.
Ruth Paine first met the Oswalds at a party in Dallas in February 1963. After that time period her husband moved out and she wrote several notes to Marina to encourage her to live in their home. Ruth drove Marina Oswald and the Oswalds’ belongings back to Dallas from New Orleans in September 1963. Oswald and her children lived in Ruth Paine’s house from September 1963 - November 22, 1963.
Weeks before the assassination, Ruth found Oswald his job at the Texas School Book Depository, the building from which he allegedly shot President Kennedy.
The Paines’ are suspected of collusion with the FBI in the destruction of evidence. Dallas PD found and inventoried a tiny hi-tech Minox camera amongst Oswald’s personal effects during the search of Paine’s home. This camera was later omitted from an inventory list once the FBI took over the investigation. What is not generally known is the Paines’ role in the collusion of evidence tampering.
In relation to photographic evidence: “The items ranged from #1 - #455 and required 5 rolls of film. the FBI Lab would develop these 5 rolls of film and furnish a set to Police Chief Curry. This intact set of photos from the original 5 rolls have disappeared from the National Archives - assuming that the FBI even turned them over to the Warren Commission or the Archives in the first place.”
