Perhaps they were set to meet up after? There were witnesses to Tippitt’s killing.
Was Tippit the “Badgeman” referenced in many conspiracy books? Interesting twist. I wonder when the first description of Oswald was issued over police radio? Oswald was seen by a police officer who cleared the depository, in a lunch room. He obviously didn’t arouse suspicion then.
Badgeman.
Also Tippit was not assigned to patrol the Oak Cliff area that day. Why was he out of his district and he just happens to run into Oswald at that corner? Bizarre.
Looks like the “grassy knoll” is at an acoustic focal point due to a curved building nearby. Sonic crack from Oswald’s bullets passing would be concentrated to a point there, sounding to witnesses like someone was shooting from that location. Just an acoustic illusion.
Tippy was Always a mystery...till now.
“BADGE MAN!”
Somebody has a picture of Tippet aiming a rifle?
Holding a rifle?
Being anywhere near a rifle?
If Carlos Marcello was behind the assassination, this would align perfectly with his motto: “Three men can keep a secret if two of them are dead.” LHO, you’re next.
There will never be an end to the conspiracy theories. The kinda proves it. Oswald shot Kennedy period.
Tippet was eating lunch at Austin’s BBQ in Oak Cliff (where he had moonlighted for 3 years), about 5 miles from downtown Dallas. He was contacted by DPD and told to go patrol the Jefferson Ave. area, as it was thought that Oswald had taken a cab to that area of Oak Cliff.
He stopped at the Top Ten Records store on Jefferson and called to indicate he had arrived, then rushed out to his car.
He spotted Oswald on Tenth St., one block N of Jefferson and began asking him questions. That’s when he was shot.
Tippet could not possibly have been JFK’s shooter.
