Actually no, and that’s a possible issue I want to raise with the moderators on these.
What we have here, is a 24/7 continuous live streaming YouTube channel. This is like a television channel, but there aren’t actors, and it is just a live YouTube channel. It is all just one or two headlines when news is slow. For hours. Like right now, the one quick headline is displayed, and hadn’t changed for five hours.
However at other times, it can change frequently, if there is interesting news to report on. And one cannot click a title, to access additional information. You can just read the titles from the page.
What you see on the screen, is what is offered.
It’s all just the quick descriptions. No actual story.
I know, for a large amount of time, these are very boring. But they can be very useful, when things are happening live.
I gave you the url for the outlet itself, but there wasn’t actually any story beyond just the description. It was just mentioned and that was it.
Now that I am describing this, I am thinking maybe these should be reported exactly as written. Just the headline itself, written as the FR article headline, at the moment it is reported from the website. Even though those change over time.
There would be no additional details, since only the headline is even reported on the site.
Good question, and it might become more common as we see more channels like this.

Hi I just wanted to bring your attention to a question please.
Is there a FR standard for reporting on things like headlines, written on a continuous YouTube 24/7 news station without actual stories, or also without any people (except in comments)?
No actual stories. Just headlines. Like this one. Should any FR post mentioning anything along these lines, just write exactly what is said, as the title?
Thanks.

...some Western-made devices found in recovered N. Korean booster rockets which fell into Yellow Sea. N. Korea made some adjustment so that, IIRC, in their third rocket launch, booster rockets were rigged to explode after they were spent. S. Korean military authorities announced at the time that their recovery attempts failed in essence because the rocket was disintegrated into small parts and spread over wide area. They did recover some parts which were intact, though they appeared to be part of outer frame with no components inside. Thanks Tiger - I was sure you'd have interesting insights on this one...

"At very least, our current President seems to have his eyes open."
Yes, in more ways than one. Some of his cabinet members are exceptionally awesome.

"The pressure transducers are probably for determining the detonation altitude by atmospheric pressure."
Maybe, if proximity (radar) fuzes aren't used for that. Or maybe for guidance (exit, reentry, maneuvering, etc.).
"Certainly not something we want them to have."
Agreed. The knowledge might be useful for catching bad actors here, but apparently, the enemy does have what's needed for starting some trouble.
