He will not be able to possess a firearm. Or vote. And every time he's pulled over by the cops and his license is run they'll see that Dishonorable Discharge on his record.
Considering how many cops are vets, he won't be catching any breaks.
And he can't be employed by any business that does business with the Feds. Even McDonalds is out.

Bergdahl will be perpetually financed by the Left....outright donations to help him live, eat and be housed.....TV appearances for fees, the creamed-chicken speaking circuit, purchasing the book he'll have someone ghost-write after a million dollar up-front advance payment......paid appearances at leftist social gatherings, paid interviews with any number and/or variety of left-wing media.....and juiciest of all, you can bet that at this moment, someone is script-writing a movie or documentary based on the adventures of our new celebrity Benedict Arnold for which he'll get a cut and royalties (Michael Moore?)
Trust me.....no one will ever have to hold tag days for Bergdahl. He'll make out like a bandit.
