Blacks and muslims know they can safely make up stories about discrimination and attacks by racist whites and the media will headline the story with little question as to its validity.
Then, when caught and the hoax is uncovered they walk away with a light slap on the wrist.
But the damage has already been done.

Hate crime, jail, fine. MUST pay the same penalty that a normal person would have paid. NO exceptions. No special privileges. No charges dropped.
A young single Muslim woman breaking curfew means a possible beating, or maybe even a death penalty in most Muslim locals, so she can be forgiven for making up a story to save her own skin.
Her sentence is next to nothing and will encourage others to do the same. Justice would be a penalty that is a real deterrence, not the joke that she got.

If any of us native Americans had lied to police and created a hateful, anti-Muslim story story, would we have gotten a three-day community service “punishment?” Wonder when our police will realize that Muslims have no problem with lying to and about infidels?
