If he did do anything with a 14yr old it was probably legal in Alabama in 1979 anyway.

And really, this has nothing to do with what Judge Moore may or may not have done with teen girls 40 years ago. The GOP does not want this guy in the Senate period. He's not part of the club.

They're just building a case to expel him after he's elected, and he will be elected.

What a bunch of BS.

Prove your innocence?

After 40 years?

And how does he do that?

It’s not new. They’ve been doing it like clockwork for about 20 years, usually led by Gloria Alred. Their error here is they did it too far in advance. A month is enough time for Moore to get the truth out about the accusers. Usually they do it on the Thursday before the election so the news shows talk about it all weekend, and no defense can be mounted before the election.

Peter King was a material and political supporter of the terrorists in the IRA.

He should prove he wasn’t, or immediately resign! He certainly has no business being on any committee going after terrorists!

Are your still beating your wife?
Prove you didn’t kick your dog this morning.
And so on ad nauseum.

You cannot logically prove a negative. Which is why this disgusting tactic is used so frequently. It is also the reason our legal system requires the state prove guilt, not the accused prove innocence.

“Republicans” demanding that he “prove he did not do anything” are simply communist inquisitors in disguise. Perhaps a cattle prod would help Roy remember what he did not do, yeah?

Hideous? Bill Clinton RAPED a woman, bit her lip bloody when she resisted, and told her “you’d better put some ice on that” afterwards. Yet NO ONE in 1999 demanded Clinton resign if he couldn’t “prove his innocence.” Clinton continues and continues to enjoy broad respect and adoring approval from the entire media and other politicians of both parties, raising billions for a global foundation despite these rape accusation that were corroborated by THREE women who say Brodderick told them when it happened in 1979.

Hey Noo Yawk Peter King— Why don’t you worry about Noo Joisey Menendez? Why is there never any mention of his actual TRIAL, in which EVIDENCE is being presented to a JURY? As opposed to ACCUSATIONS against Roy Moore, a good upstanding man?

Peter King is a loudmouthed New York RINO scumbag, and an absolutely rabid gun grabber every bit as evil as Chuck the Schmuck Schumer. Wouldn’t surprise me one bit if he and Chucky were fudge packin’ butt buddies, to be honest. Pardon me if I don’t give a s**t what either of those two queers have to say about anything.

I’m from NY and there have been whispers about Pete doing exactly as you say. To my knowledge he has never denied any of it nor proven his innocence. He must step down.

Never Trumpers and drive by media radio talk hosts are having a field day ignoring the fact that all of the accusers were of the age of legal consent. Including the one claiming when 14 years old. For her accusations are the juiciest. Which they gleefully relate and dwell on in a touchy feel-ly manner as if it came off of a police report yesterday. Not as a unsubstantiated recollection from 40 years ago. Because they know these are damaging accusations which will be almost impossible to disprove.

Despite that fact that it has been uncovered that two of his accusers are working for the Pervertion Party and that their accusations are false and politically motivated the drivebys and the nevers media are not reporting this but are mentioning one accuser is a “Republican”.

Here is background on two accusers. One works for the perverts that one knows the one who claimed she was 14. But was actually 17 at the time? http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3603606/posts

A member of Congress who would say this is a threat to our system. His state should recall him.

Hey King, you were singing a different tune when Denny Hastert was accused (and eventually admitted ) of sexually abusing a former male student during his time as a high school teacher and wrestling coach.

King:

“I don’t know what this is about,” King said. “Apparently this person came and threatened to disclose something on Denny Hastert that goes back over 35 years, that happened 35 years ago, and he was taking money out illegally to pay the person. The only victim here is Denny Hastert. What happened back in the 60s or 70s, I don’t know,”

But now with Moore it is guilty until proven innocent ?

So we are no longer innocent until proven guilty? My, how America has changed or maybe Rep. King is not aware of our laws.
