PHOENIX - One of Bill Gates' investment firms has spent $80 million to kickstart the development of a brand-new community in the far West Valley.

The large plot of land is about 45 minutes west of downtown Phoenix off I-10 near Tonopah.

The proposed community, made up of close to 25,000 acres of land, is called Belmont. According to Belmont Partners, a real estate investment group based in Arizona, the goal is to turn the land into its own "smart city."

I'm wondering if the government, county-state-federal, will enforce any kind of fair housing rules, on Belmont and Bill Gates. I'm wondering if he's going to have to set aside about 30% of available housing for Section 8. Or will, in the name of science and research, the government give him a pass. Of course, all the landscapers, dishwashers, etc, will be bussed in every day to do the dirty work.

The whole place will be nothing but liberal, hipsters that will prove that they can all live in a big, liberal utopia.

The only 'brown people' allowed to live there will be Pakistani and Indian programmers. And even then, their ability to stay will be dependent on their performance and, in the case of the Pakistani's, their promise to not get radicalized or perpetrate crimes against anyone, in the name of, Allah.

I wonder what Gates will do when the refugee resettlement agencies coming knocking on his door to put some 3rd world, ugly in there. Wonder what his answer will be. I'm thinking, No Vacancy.

Hope the government forces all the fair housing and union rules on them, so they can get a taste of what life is really like in this place, for the regular person in this country.

I really think that, right after muslims, the Liberal-Hipster-PajamaBoy-ANTIFA-BLM-Socialist College Kid-Democrat individual is second. And a very close one at that.

To qualify to live there, simply just send a brain tissue sample along with a signed agreement allowing yourself to be cloned.

I believe this is designed to support the elites and those they deem worthy to survive, once the full-on collapse of this country commences. The elite know it’s coming. Just my opinion.

For those that have driven 45 miles west of Phoenix on I 10 and shaking their heads and wondering who would be dumb enough to build a house there.

What the hell will they do for water?

Where will Gates get the water? Will he throw his financial and political weight around to take already spoken for shares from the Colorado River?

George Pullman, was going to build a Utopia near Chicago, in 1880.

Didn’t last.

In reading wiki re: Tonopah, People tried to incorporate the area into a town in 2009. AZ State law forbids the incorporation of a new city or town within a specified distance of existing municipalities without their approval.
The town of Buckeye fell within the distance and they disapproved.

If this law is still in effect, I’m guessing the people of Buckeye will somehow become rich.
