“Supergirl” star Jeremy Jordan said he was hospitalized Thursday and “almost died” after eating Chipotle, People reported.

Jordan, 32, told his fans of the food experience on an Instagram story Thursday from his hospital bed.

“I know I’ve advocated for them in the past, but they’re terrible,” Jordan said. “I, as you can see, am in the hospital and I have fluids in my arm because the food did not agree with me and I almost died.”

Has any other restaurant had more tainted food than Chipotle?

Why is this news? Pretty common occurrence, as far as I can tell...

Yep, e-coli will definitely ruin your day. Having had amoebic dysentery a couple times (aka Delhi Belly) you not only feel that you’re dying, you want to get on with it.

It wasn’t clear if he ate AT Chipotle Restaurant, or ate a chipotle chili. Really bad editing!

I don’t think it’s fair to name a restaurant as the cause of your illness before you even let them know.

McDonalds is trying. Give them time. You’d think after all these years of sucking so bad - they would return to the basics.

They capitalized it, so that means the latter.

That’s how I felt when I watched Supergirl.

from the article:

“I just want to thank my wife for being amazing and talking me off the ledge when I was on the phone about to die and Chris Wood for holding my hair back metaphorically,” he said. “I love all of you; thank you so much. It’s been a night.”

Drama queen much?

He presented no evidence that he suffered from a food borne illness.

Being hospitalized is “some evidence.”

That's why they call it Chipotle. You are suppose to eat a chipotle with your meal and it will kill all the bacteria. if you eat a couple of chipotles then even better.

Although it will burn the crap out of you in the morning. Pun intended.

Googling, I don’t see a lot of reports on McDonalds about food poisoning.
There’s the anecdotal site, “Iwaspoisoned.com”. But I don’t see any FDA reports, and most of these people are claiming food poisoning simply because they got sick some time after eating. And you just don’t know if MCD was the cause or they got a stomach flu bug from somewhere else.
