Good grief. Families should get together and let politics go for a day. Give thanks for all our blessings.
Awesome project! If I were remotely close, I’d go. Best wishes for success!
I grew up in NYC and moved out 6 years ago. Sad to see you are living there, my extreme condolences especially with that commie punk as Mayor.
NYC area list has been freepmailed.
Let’s give thanks together.
Well, I love NY (but hate the left) but i live in AZ, but I’m totally curious which restaurant. I know there are some nice restaurants in Central Park West, like La Boite en Bois, but maybe this is further north.
I’m thinking more, like, of an Country WITHOUT liberals...
Like John Lennon said... “Imagine”....
"...Thanksgiving in NYC..."
I am alone of Thanksgiving and have been trying to organize something. Oh, and I LOVE New York City.
But I’m in Los Angeles. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!!!
I really would but will be in Bridgehampton for Thanksgiving. Itd be nice for NYC FReepers to meet up at some point.
Happy Thanksgiving.
What a great idea!! If I lived there, I would go. Have a Blessed Thanksgiving.
Last Christmas my mom warned me repeatedly that I was not to engage my snowflake cousin in political talk. It hurts the little dear’s feelings.
I got a little mad that I had no rights (just to goad my mom a little bit)
I finally promised that i wouldn’t start anything, but if they did start, I would finish it.
They were good.
I still got called a hater though. My snowflake cousin and moonbat aunt posted a picture of them in their vulgar pink hats at the “women’s march” in DC and crowing about how proud they were to stand up for their rights. We responded with a picture of me and three of my kids holding big black “assault rifles” (my daughter had her pink pistol) with NRA hats, Trump hats, a poster of Reagan and my Black Guns Matter T-shirt. We captioned it “We’re proud to stand for our rights too.”
I’m working, getting some overtime, thank goodness. Family Thanksgiving will be on the following Saturday.
However, Guns might be interested.
I’ll be having Thanksgiving with my uber liberal millennial LGBT daughter near Washington DC. And I’ll be quiet and thankful and go see the Enola Gay
I’ll be with my parents, sister, and maybe my uncle. Due to certain circumstances, the other side split away, so we’ve been having quite small affairs for a while. If I was living alone over here, then I might have gone.
This is a result of a screaming match between an ultra-liberal lesbian feminist and her straight ultra-right conservative brother several years ago.
Without this truce it would just be a food fight!
nice idea....hope you get a crowd...
How did it go? Hope you all had a great time. Wish I could have been there, but I haven’t been well lately. Next time, perhaps.
