It’s now due today. Might as well grab a beer.
So today, 01APR18, I attempted secondary visual validation of a bunch of photographic evidence obtained 31MAR18, Massachusetts, of this thing.
Successfully targeted with camera, even better pictures. Found item would move as a lens anolomy.
Set 20x80 binocular unit on target. Nothing. Burnt an eyeball. this phenomenon is only visible through camera. I tried several times, it does not manifest through a non camera lens.

I am pretty sure I was wrong... shocker there...
It is the phone, camera and tablet optics creating anolomy. The thing can appear real, but the second and third observations on camera trac exactly with the primary.
