oh! And take PROBIOTICS.
Or, you could buy water kefir grains on the internet or most health food stores and make your own double fermented kefir water and get tons of healthy probiotics and beneficial yeast and bacteria that will colonize in your gut, building your immune system and aiding your digestion. The grains, like a SCOBY, grow. You only need to buy them once. Its healthy, delicious, and easy and fun to make. And cheap; you just need some filtered water, a few tablespoons of organic sugar and some organic fruit juice. Oh, and some of those cool Grolsh bottles.
My daughter makes this - there’s jars all over the place and those very weird scoby things growing in the fridge. The kids love it. I tasted it and it’s not bad.
