He’s fudging around the statistics, but there’s an element of truth to what he’s saying. I live in a suburb just outside of San Francisco, and nearly every kid in my neighborhood, of which there are plenty, lives in a two-parent household. The annoying thing to me about the educated affluent white liberals that I’m often surrounded with, is that they adopt pretty traditional family values in their own lives, even as they vote for these Democrats who are destroying traditional families as a matter of public policy. It’s basically, broken families for thee, but not for me.
I know exactly what you are describing. I was born and raised there and have witnessed the same thing among the people with which I still maintain contact.
Same thing in the DC Metro area. Some parts are Leave It To Beaverland circa 1958. I'm amazed at how family oriented and very careful the parents are not to expose their children to the horrible pedagogy they force on the rest of the country.
