I’m willing to bet it’s going to be a lot better, on it’s way to being normal. You’re on the right track. Cutting out the fast carbs (anything white basically) from the diet is the key. Once you’ve got the numbers looking right, you can probably add moderate amounts back in.
Of course, people read ‘studies’ like this and think they need to starve themselves instead, but that will very likely result in hormonal disruptions and decreasing lean mass, which will cause other problems.
OK my friends, I have helped so many people I can’t count them... Go online or go to SPROUTS...
Buy Natrol (Name Brand) Alpha Lipoic Acid 600mg TR
Time Released.....Take them 2 times a day and don’t tell your DR....My neighbor was taking 20 pills and I gave hime a bottle..6 months later his Dr. told him he cured him.lol
I gave a bottle to a 60 year old taking shots twice a day.
6 months later he takes nothing. Just buy them and take them.
You will be so surprised!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got diagnosed with diabetes 18 years ago. It was manageable until I got hit by a pair of bad staph infections about three years ago that lingered and basically left me immobile for the most part. Both lower legs and feet suffer from venous stasis and lymphedema, which complicates the diabetic neuropathy. There’s no way I’ll be able to get back on a treadmill and jog a mile like I would a dozen years (and about 35 pounds) ago. So, I do what I can do to get exercise in. I need to get my weight down and my body fueled properly before I see how much abuse my body can still handle in a workout. My brain still thinks I’m 20 until I try to do something and my body reminds me otherwise. LOL
