Not sure if he was given the death penalty. Then sometime in the 1970’s they did away with it so it would not have applied to him if he had been given it.
He did not actually kill anyone only ordered the hit so there in lies a gray area.

YES, 9TH CIRCUS OVER TURNED IT. gave him life, he killed 7 people that day plus an unborn baby. Believe there was another set of murders before that, and I was right.
